T h e s u r v e y w a s f o c u s e d o n a 25 p e r c e n t r a n d o m s a m p l e o f t h e h o u s e h o l d s o n t h e i s l a n d . I n f o r m a t i o n w a s o b t a i n e ã f r o m a r e s p o n s i b l e a d u l f a t e a c h H o u s e h o ld f o r c o m p l e t i o n o f a H e a l th q u e s t i o n n a i r e .
