Rev. CEFAC. 2014 Jul-Ago; 16(4):1039-1377 This is the fourth number of CEFAC Journal with 35 scientiic contributions in the ields of audiology, language, public health, orofacial motricity and voice.

As for the original articles, Santos, Angrisani and Azevedo present the irst contribution on the Audiological evaluation in infantis with agenesis of the corpus callosum. The second contribution is from Rogério, Almeida, Hidaka and Amado on the Newborn hearing screening: characterization of

demand/territory and hearing tests. Vargas, Ferreira, Vidor and Machado wrote the third on the Auditory

processing screening and behavioral evaluation in students: establishing relations.

The fourth contribution is from Buarque, Brazorotto, Cavalcanti, Júnior, Lima and Ferreira on the Satisfaction of cochlear implant users with post-lingual hearing loss. Siano and Frota present the iith contribution on the Transient evoked otoacoustic emissions in full-term and preterm newborns. Audiological indings in young users of headphones is the sixth contribution written by Gonçalves and Dias. Anjos, Labanca, Resende and Costa-Guarisco present the seventh contribution on the Correlation between the hearing loss classiications and speech recognition. The study Investigation

of veriied technical failures in hearing aids for users of a public hearing health program is the eighth contribution by Dumke, Ribas, Gonçalves, Martins and Malucelli.

The study entitled Quantitative analyiss of swallowing in Parkinson’s disease before and after ribolavin is the ninth contribution from the authors Silvério, Coimbra, Chiari, Lederman and Gonçalves. Wertzner, Santos and Pagan-Neves present the tenth contribution entitled Occurence of phonological erros according to severity in children with speech sound disorder. The eleventh contribution by Savoldi, Bruno, Mezzomo, Brasil and Mota on the Evaluation of pragmatic aspects of children with phonological disorders. The twelfyh contribution by Campos, Rabelo, Friche, Silva, Friche, Alves and Goulart discuss the Oral language disorders in children from 4 to 6 years old in Belo Horizonte. Tutoring in

reading and writing based on the model of RTI – response to intervention in children with developmental

dyslexia is the thirteenth contribution from Machado and Capellini.

The study entitled Alzheimer’s Disease: cognition and Picture-based narrative discourse is the fourteenth contribution by Lima, Brandão, Parente and Peña-Casanova. Castelli,Maahs and Almeida present the ifteenth study on Identiication of the doubts and dificulties of pregnant and postpartum women related to breastfeeding. The sixteenth contribution by Moreira, Cavalcante-Silva, Miyaki and Fujinaga is on Effects of nonnutritive sucking stimulation with gloved inger on feeding transition in very low birth weight premature infants. The study entitled Breathing characteristics of individuals

with dentofacial deformity is the seventeenth contribution authored by Prado, Filho, Berretin-Felix e Brasolotto. Martinelli and Marchesan present the eighteenth contribution entitled Longitudinal study of the anatomical characteristics of the lingual frenulum and comparison to literature.

Authors Feijo, Brandão, Pereira, Santos and Silva present the nineteenth contribution on Evaluation

of the association between temporomandibular disorder and vertical dimension of occlusion in children

and adolescentes aged seven to 12 years. The twenty contribution is on the Electomyography of the

mastigatory muscles: analysis in the original and RMS value from the authors Oncins, Vieira and Bommarito. The theme Occurrence of lisping in voiced and unvoiced fricatives in children with operated

cleft lip and palate from the authors Whitaker, Dutka,Lauris, Pegoraro-Krook and Marino is the twenty-irst contribution.

The twenty-second contribution is on Evaluation of sexual dimorphism and the relationship between

craniofacial, dental arch and masseter muscle characteristics in mixed dentition from the authors Marquezin, Andrade,Gameiro, Gavião and Castelo. The article Finger Kazoo: spectographic acoustic

modiications and vocal self-assessment from the authors Cielo and Christmann is the twenty-third contribution. Silva, Caçadorand Ribeiro present the twenty-fourth contribution entitled The vibrato of

professional gospel singers.

Evaluation of the functional capacity of children with cerebral palsy is the twenty-ifth contribution from the authors Cesa, Alves, Meireles, Fernanda Fante and Manacero.

The twenty-sixth contribution is from Bragança, Alves and Lemos entitled Study of the communicative

proile of 4 to 6 years old children of public day care centers.Santos, Pedrão, Zamberlan-Amorim, Carvalho and Bárbaro present the theme Communicative behavior of individuals with a diagnosis of

Schizophrenia. The twenty-eighth contribution is on the Metabolic syndrome and its association with

socio-economic level in students from the authors Cruz, Freitas, Soares, Mourão, Aidar and Carneiro. Anterior open bite prevalence associated with oral habits in 3-5 years old children from Vitoria, ES is the twenty-ninth contribution from the authors Miotto, Cavalcante, Godoy, Campos and Barcellos.

The literature review article entitled Narrative language and luency in Down Syndrome: a review is the thirty contribution authored by Seno, Giacheti and Moretti-Ferreira. The thirty-irst contribution is from Ribeiro, Figueiredo and Rossi-Barbosa entitled The importance of auditory health training: an integrative

review. Villanueva present the thirty-second contribution entitled PIAHO: a tool to prevent bad oral habits occurrence (Protocol of appropriate inclusion of oral habits).

The thirty-third contribution is a case report authored by Neves and Verdu about Effects of teaching

equivalent relations between dictated words, written words, and objects on speech inteligibility in adolescentes with cerebelar hypoplasia. Nicolielo, Gonçalves, Arruda and Lopes-Herrera present the thirty-fourth contribution entitled Speech-language-therapy based on behaviorist perspective in pervasive development

disorder: case report. The thirty-ifth and inal contribution is authored by Silva and Dias on the Effectiveness of training auditory in plasticity of central auditory system: case report.
