The Delegation of the United States of America has informed the Director that its Government has just sent the following telegram to the Director-General of the World Health Organization:

"Pleased to report United States Government will issue special malaria eradication postage stamp early 1962. Simultaneous announcement to Regional Committee for the Americas now in session.
