2.Funcionamento
a) Objectivos:
Sensibilizar o aluno para um conjunto de temas essenciais das finanças empresariais, em concreto:
(i) a política de estrutura de capital. Existe uma estrutura de capital "ótima", ou seja, uma combinação ideal entre dívida e capital próprio?
(ii) A política de dividendos. Quais os principais factores que a condicionam? Como se tem revelado o efeito da actual crise económica e financeira na politica de distribuição de resultados?
(iii) O que se entende por Corporate Governance? Como é que a Corporate Governance condiciona a capacidade de criar valor nas empresas? Será que a estrutura de capital e a política de distribuição de resultados não são
condicionadas pela governação das empresas?
b) Regime de frequencia e metodologia de avaliação:
É exigida uma assiduidade igual ou superior a 75% (na impossibilidade a avaliação será baseada exclusivamente no exame final).
Serão utilizados, os seguintes instrumentos de avaliação:
a) Revisão Bibliográfica de um dos temas abaixo sugeridos (4 alunos por grupo) relevando as capacidades de análise e de síntese, com eventual apresentação oral (60%). A Revisão Bibliográfica deverá ter cerca de 20 páginas A4. A revisão bibliográfica deve suportar-se em pelo menos 10 artigos publicados em revistas/jornais listadas na SCOPUS com as excepções abaixo consideradas.
O texto deverá ser apresentado em fonte Times New Roman, tamanho 12. O espaçamento entre linhas deverá ser de 1,5 e o texto alinhado nas duas margens (justificado), com avanço de 0,75 cm na primeira linha de cada parágrafo. Nas citações longas (superiores a 40 palavras), notas de rodapé, figuras, quadros e outros elementos ilustrativos (legendas, fontes e outras informações), deverá ser utilizado um tamanho de letra inferior e espaçamento simples. b) Teste (40%)
