FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF W.K. KELLOG FOUNDATION
THE 26th DIRECTING COUNCIL,
Having considered the report of the Director (Document CD26/9) on the excellent work carried out
or supported by the Kellogg Foundation during the 50 years of its service to the peoples of the
Americas;
Recalling also the generous contribution that the Foundation made to the construction of the
Headquarters building of the Pan American Health Organization in Washington, D C.; and
Desiring to commemorate this important anniversary of the Foundation in a suitable and auspicious
manner,
RESOLVES
1. To endorse the steps recommended by the Director to commemorate this fiftieth anniversary.
2. To request the Director to convey the congratulations and expressions of good will of all the
members of the Directing Council to the President, the Board of Trustees, and staff of the
Foundation on the occasion of its fiftieth anniversary.
