Ice Cream Blast Freezing
Ice cream lovers now have the ideal partner: two cycles specifically designed for ice-cream, to fit all processes.

Thanks to the Food Safe Control, you have the possibility of monitoring the chilling process ensuring it respects the selected norms or guidelines. If, at the end of the process, the light turns red, an alarm, in compliance with HACCP rules, is generated and stored in the memory (99 events).
In addition the self-diagnostic system detects failures and displays an alarm code to inform operators and servicing personnel about the type of problem. Residual time estimation
The Residual Time Estimation
algorithm estimates the actual time needed to end any food probe-driven chilling cycle, showing it in the display. After the cycle has started, the time display shows the actual time left: fully automatic, just inserting the probe and pushing start.

he ZANUSSI Professional cold rooms optimize the space available in kitchens and storage areas thanks to the all-inclusive solutions delivered in one shot to be assembled on-site.The mini-cold room range covers the most requested configurations, still allowing the possibility of customisation, re-layout and upgrading of the cold room itself.
All-inclusive single code solution: 19 cold rooms, each of them available with 4 cooling unit options (except for the smallest one) for a total of 74 ready-to-go combinations: each combination includes panels, cooling unit, pipes and digital control, extremely easy and fast to assemble. The evaporator, condensing unit and pipes come pre-charged with refrigerant gas even when a split system is requested. No more delays in the installation and performance, always guaranteed for each cold room size!
High flexibility in layout configuration: the modular design of the cold room allows the cooling unit and the door to be placed wherever needed and to replace/upgrade/switch the cooling units at will thanks to the universal supporting panels. The cold rooms can be expanded and combined to follow the workflow evolution of the site thanks to the modular concept of the panels and connection corners.
Hygienic design and Food safety: guaranteed by rounded corners on floor, sides and ceiling connections both internally and externally, shelving sets in aluminum and compatible with GN 1/1 trays, rounded handle and silicon-free connections for fast cleaning operations. HACCP compliance is guaranteed by visible, printable, recordable and remote temperature alarms. Performance: all cooling units, included in the mini-cold rooms range, guarantee either -2°C or -20°C at 43°C ambient temperature both in built-in or split configurations. The evaporator is defrosted by hot gas and the evaporation of defrost water is made by water-level sensitive heating elements, reducing energy consumption.
