RESOLUTION

CD7.R13

AMENDMENTS TO THE FINANCIAL REGULATIONS OF THE

PASB

THE 7th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having studied Document CE19/7, on amendments to the Financial Regulations of the Pan

American Sanitary Bureau; and

Considering the recommendations made by the Executive Committee at its 19th Meeting, in

Resolution XIV,

RESOLVES

To approve the following amendments to the Financial Regulations of the Pan American Sanitary

Bureau:

a) [Revise] Article V, Regulation 5.2(b), to read:

(b) Contributions resulting from the assessment of new Member States under the provisions of

behalf of their territories in the Region of the Americas under the provisions of Resolution XL of

the V Meeting of the Directing Council.

b) [Add the following new subparagraph to] Article VII, Regulation 7.1:

(d) The contributions made by France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom on behalf of their

territories in the Region of the Americas.
