ANNUAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTING COUNCIL TO MEMBER

STATES

THE 4th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

[Having considered] the proposed annual report, [which] has been submitted by the appropriate

Committee,

RESOLVES

To approve the proposed report, [requesting that it be submitted] to the Member Governments in

compliance with the provisions of Article 8, paragraph E, of the Constitution of the Pan American

Sanitary Organization.
