FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR AND REPORT OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITOR FOR 1972
At its 70th Meeting the Executive Committee, after examining the Financial Report of the Director and Report of the External Auditor for 1972
(Official Document No. 120), approved Resolution V which reads as follows:
THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE,
Having examined the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for fiscal year 1972 (Official Document No. 120);
Noting the modifications in expenditures from amounts origi-nally budgeted for some activities and projects; and
Recognizing that the Organization continues to be in a sound financial condition,
RESOLVES:
1. To take note of the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for fiscal year 1972 (Official Document No. 120) and to transmit it to the XXII Meeting of the Directing Council.
2. To request the Director to provide the Executive Committee with a detailed list of activities budgeted but not implemented, as well as projects implemented but not previously budgeted.
3. To again commend the Director for having achieved and main-tained a sound financial condition.

In view of the foregoing, the Directing Council may wish to adopt a resolution along the following lines:

THE DIRECTING COUNCIL,
Having examined the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for fiscal year 1972 (Official Document Noo 120);
Noting the modifications in expenditures from amounts orig-inally budgeted for some activities and projects; and
Recognizing that the Organization continues to be in a sound financial condition,
RESOLVES:
