FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR AND REPORT OF THE

EXTERNAL AUDITOR FOR 1964

THE 16th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having examined the Financial Report of the Director, and the Report of the External Auditor for

the year 1964 (Official Document 59),

RESOLVES

1. To approve the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for 1964

(Official Document 59).

2. To urge Governments that have outstantding quotas to pay them as soon as possible.

3. To recommend that the Director contiune the policy of prudent administration in maintaining

budgetary expenditures within income.
