RESOLUTION

CD21.R6

AMENDMENTS TO THE FINANCIAL REGULATIONS

THE 21st DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having considered the recommendation of the Executive Committee and the modifications

proposed in the Financial Regulations as shown in Document CD21/14;

Taking into consideration that similar changes in the Financial Regulations of the World Health

Organization were approved1 by the Twenty-fifth World Health Assembly; and

Bearing in mind the provisions of Financial Regulations 15.1,

RESOLVES

To approve the amendments in the Financial Regulations of the Pan American Health Organization

as they appear in the annex to Document CD21/14.
