Utilização correta

A máquina de lixar dupla é apropriada para lixar e polir diferentes materiais. Ela é apropriada para lixar materiais duros como metais duros, ferro fundido, HSS, cerâmica, e vidro como também para lixar materiais macios como cobre, alumínio e plástico. Ela também é apropriada para materiais árduos como aço não endurecido, soldas, aço andurecido e titânio. Este aparelho não se destina ao uso indus-trial. Qualquer outra utilização ou alteração desta ferramenta é considerada não adequada e acarre-ta consigo perigos de acidente. Não utilize o cabo para fins que não os previstos! Não utilize o cabo para retirar

a ficha da tomada. Proteja o cabo contra o ca-lor, óleo e arestas afiadas.

Fixe a peça de trabalho! Utilize os

dispo-sitivos de fixação ou um torno de bancada para fixar a peça de trabalho. Está mais seguro as-sim, do que na sua mão.

Evite posturas anormais! Certifique-se de

que se encontra numa posição segura e mante-nha sempre o equilíbrio.

Trate das suas ferramentas com cuida-do! Mantenha a ferramenta de corte afiada e

limpa, de modo a trabalhar melhor e com mais segurança. Siga as instruções para a lubrificação e mudança de ferramenta. Certifique-se de que o interruptor está desliga-do ao inserir a ficha na tomada.

Utilize extensões para espaços exte-riores! Ao ar livre, utilize apenas extensões

permitidas e respectivamente identificadas.

Esteja sempre atento! Tenha em atenção

o que faz. Proceda de forma sensata durante o trabalho. Não use a ferramenta eléctrica se estiver desconcentrado.

Verifique a ferramenta eléctrica quan-to a eventuais danos! Antes de continuar

a utilizar a ferramenta eléctrica, os dispositivos de protecção ou peças ligeiramente danificadas devem ser cuidadosamente verificados quanto a um funcionamento correcto.

Verifique se as peças móveis funcionam correc-tamente e não ficam presas ou se alguma peça está danificada. Todas as peças têm de estar correctamente montadas e cumprir todas as condições, de forma a garantir o correcto fun-cionamento da ferramenta eléctrica. Dispositivos de protecção e peças danificados devem ser devidamente reparados ou substituídos por uma oficina reconhecida, caso o manual de instruções não indique nada em contrário.

Não utilize ferramentas eléctricas cujo interrup-tor não possa ser ligado ou desligado.

de aplicação e acessórios pode representar pe-rigo de ferimentos.

A sua ferramenta eléctrica deve ser reparada por um electricista! Esta

ferra-menta eléctrica está em conformidade com as respectivas normas de segurança. As reparações só podem ser efectuadas por um electricista, utilizando peças de substituição originais; caso contrário, existe o perigo de acidente para o utilizador.

Não utilize discos ou escovas deformadas ou danificadas.

Utilize somente discos de abrasão e escovas cuja rotação seja no mínimo tão alta quanto a da placa de tipo da ferramenta eléctrica.

Ajuste periodicamente o deflector de faíscas para contra balancear o desgaste do disco, onde a distância entre o deflector de faíscas e o disco deve ser mantida o menor possível e jamais superior a 2 mm.

Sempre mantenha a escova fixada no fuso para reduzir o risco de um contacto com o fuso em rotação.

Riscos residuais

Mesmo ao operar esta ferramenta eléctrica da ma-neira correcta, sempre existem riscos residuais. Os seguintes perigos podem ocorrer em conexão com o tipo de construção e modelo desta ferramenta eléctrica:

a) Danos ao pulmão, caso uma protecção de res-piração não seja usada.

b) Danos aos ouvidos, caso um protector auricular apropriado não seja usado.

c) Danos à saúde resultantes das vibrações emiti-das, caso o aparelho seja usado por um longo período de tempo ou não seja operado ou mantido correctamente.

Esta ferramenta eléctrica cria um campo magnético durante a operação. Este campo pode, sob certas circunstâncias, limitar a funciona-lidade de implantes medicinais passivos ou activos. Pressão de rectificação reduzida é sufi-ciente:

Trabalhe com pouca pressão de rectificação, pois especialmente a rotação correcta e contínua cria um bom desempenho de rectificação.

Processo de rectificação:

Considere que a peça a ser trabalha será aquecida através do processo de rectificação. Portanto, resfrie a peça através de uma banho de água.

ATENÇÃO! O aparelho não é adequado para

o funcionamento contínuo.

No caso de sobreaquecimento, desligue o apa-relho e deixe esfriar.

Aspiração do pó

PERIGO DE INCêNDIO! Ao

traba-lhar com aparelhos electrónicos, que disponham de um compartimento para o pó ou que possam ser li-gado a um aspirador através de um dispositivo de aspiração do pó, existe perigo de incêndio! Sob condições desfavoráveis, como p. ex. voo de faúlhas, ao polir metais ou restos de metal em madeira, o pó de madeira que se encontra na caixa do aspira-dor (ou no saco do aspiraaspira-dor) pode incendiar-se. Isto pode então acontecer especialmente se o pó de madeira for misturado com restos de tinta ou ou-tros materiais químicos e se o material a ser lixado estiver quente, após uma longa sessão de trabalho.

Por isso, evite a todo o custo um sobreaquecimento do material a ser lixado e do aparelho. Antes de pausas no trabalho, esvazie sempre o colector de pó ou o saco do aspirador.

Aviso: Antes da primeira operação, deixa o disco

de rectificação operar por cerca de 5 minutos sem resistência e na rotação máxima. Para isso aban-done a zona de perigo.

Retire o parafuso com pega para cobertura de protecção 8 do apoio da peça a ser trabalha-da 6 e ajuste o ângulo de rectificação dese-jado (veja Fig. A).

Fixe novamente o parafuso com pega para co-bertura de protecção 8.

PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS! Deve

existir uma distância (fresta) entre o disco de fricção 4 a, 4 b e o apoio para peça 6. Retire o parafuso com pega cobertura de

pro-tecção 3 da cobertura de protecção 2 e ajuste de maneira que uma protecção máxima seja criada (veja Fig. A).

Fixe novamente o parafuso com pega para cobertura de protecção 3.

ATENÇÃO! Repita o ajuste no lado oposto.

Jamais pressione a tecla de retenção do veio 1 quando o disco abrasivo 4 a e 4 b estiver girando. Ligue o aparelho, deslocando o interruptor

para LIGAR / DESLIGAR 10.

Ajuste a rotação apropriada para o trabalho usando a regulação de rotação 11.

Desligue o aparelho, deslocando novamente o interruptor para LIGAR / DESLIGAR 10.

Montagem do eixo

PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS! Retire

sempre a ficha de alimentação da tomada antes de efectuar trabalhos no aparelho.

ATENÇÃO!

Jamais pressione a tecla de retenção do veio 1 quando o disco abrasivo 4 a e 4 b estiver girando.

Retire a tampa de cobertura 5.

Pressione a tecla de retenção do veio 1 para bloquear a engrenagem.

Parafuse o eixo de polimento 12 (veja Fig. B). Parafuse a ferramenta de polimento desejada 4 c,

4 d, 4 e, 4 f ou 4 g no eixo de polimento 12 (veja Fig. B).

Cubra os discos abrasivos 4 a e 4 b com a co-bertura de protecção 2 (veja Fig. B). Após finalizar o trabalho siga a sequência

inver-tida para desmontar o eixo de polimento 12.

Substituir o disco abrasivo

PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS! Retire

sempre a ficha de alimentação da tomada antes de efectuar trabalhos no aparelho.

O disco abrasivo usado 4 a ou 4 b ja-mais pode ser maior do que o diâmetro especificado. Retire o parafuso de fixação 17 da cobertura

lateral e retire a cobertura (veja Fig. C). Jamais pressione a tecla de retenção do veio 1

quando o disco abrasivo 4 a e 4 b estiver girando. Pressione a tecla de retenção do veio 1 para

bloquear a engrenagem.

Retire a porca de capa 16 do aparelho com uma chave de porca.

Retire a arruela de pressão 15, porca de capa 16, disco abrasivo 4 a, 4 b e a flange de cen-tralização 14 (veja Fig. C).

Coloque o novo disco abrasivo na flange de centralização 14 e desloque a para o eixo 13 (veja Fig. C).

Parafuse novamente a arruela de pressão 15 e a porca de capa 16 no eixo 13.

Mantenha pressionada a tecla de retenção do

veio 1 e aperte novamente a porca de capa 16.

PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS! Jamais

opere os discos abrasivos 4 a e 4 b sem a co-bertura de protecção.

Monte novamente as coberturas laterais e fixe as com os parafusos de fixação 17.

Manutenção e limpeza

PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS! Retire

sempre a ficha de alimentação da tomada antes de efectuar trabalhos no aparelho.

O aparelho não necessita de manutenção.

Limpe o aparelho regularmente e diretamente após concluir o trabalho.

Retire lateralmente a gaveta de pó de serra-gem 9 do aparelho e a esvazie (veja Fig. D). Para a limpeza do aparelho, utilize um pano

seco e nunca utilize gasolina, solventes ou de-tergentes agressivos para o plástico.

Mantenha sempre as ranhuras de ventilação desobstruídas.

Remova o pó da serragem aderente com um pincel.

Os seus aparelhos só de-vem ser reparados por pessoal técnico qualificado e apenas com peças de substituição originais. Desta forma,

asse-gura-se a preservação da segurança do aparelho.

A substituição da ficha ou do cabo de rede deve ser sempre efectuada pelo fabricante ou pelo ser-viço de apoio ao cliente. Desta forma,

Intended use

The model-making bench grinder is intended for grinding and polishing a wide range of materials. It is suitable for grinding hard materials such as hard metals, grey iron, HSS, ceramics and glass, as well as softer materials such as copper, aluminium and plastics. Tough materials, such as unhardened steel, welded joints, hardened steel and titanium can also be worked. The device is not intended for commer-cial use. Any other uses, and / or modifications to the tool are considered improper use and may result in serious hazards. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use.

that a dust extraction and collection system are available, ensure that these are properly installed and that you use them correctly.

Do not use the cable for anything other than its intended purpose! Do not unplug

from the socket by the cable. Protect the cable from heat, oil and sharp edges.

Secure the work-piece properly! Use

clamps or a vice to secure the work piece. This will secure it more safely than your hand.

Avoid putting your body in an unnatu-ral position! Keep proper footing and balance

at all times.

Take care of your devices. Keep cutting

de-vices sharp and clean to be work more safely. Pay attention to the notice concerning lubrication and tool change. Check the connecting lead of the electronic device regularly and have it replaced by a recognised specialist where re-quired. Check extension cables regularly and replace them if they become damaged. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.

Remove the plug from the socket! When

the device is not in use, prior to maintenance and when changing tools, e.g. saw blade, drill bits, milling tools.

Do not leave tool keys connected!

Be-fore switching on check that keys and adjustment tools have been removed.

Avoid unintended start-up! Ensure that

the switch is off when plugging in to the socket.

Use extension cords for outdoors! Only

use outside with suitable and appropriately marked extension cables.

Only use grinding wheels and brushes where the printed rotational speed is equal to that spec-ified on the type plate of the electronic device. Periodically check the position of the spark de-flector to compensate for wear of the disk. The distance between spark deflector and disk should be as small as possible and must not exceed 2 mm.

Always leave the brush connected to the spindle in order to limit the risk of touching the rotating spindle.

Remaining risks

Even with proper use of this power tool there are always residual risks. The following hazards may arise in connection with the construction and design of this power tool:

a) Lung damage when appropriate breathing protection is not worn.

b) Hearing damage when suitable hearing protec-tion is not used.

c) Damage to health arising from vibration when using the power tool for extended periods or when used and maintained improperly.

Little grinding pressure will suffice:

Work with low grinding pressure - it is mainly the correct and constant rotational speed which yields the best grinding performance.

Grinding:

Please consider that the worked piece will become very hot when being worked. Please cool the piece, therefore, first in a water bath.

ATTENTION! This device is not suitable for

continuous operation.

Switch off the device immediately and allow to cool in the event of overheating.

Dust extraction

FIRE HAzARD! Fire hazard

when using power tools with dust collection bin or connected to a vacuum via dust extraction! Unfa-vourable conditions, e.g. sparking - when grinding metal or metal pieces in wood - can ignite wood dust in the dust collection bin (or inside the vacuum bag). This can particularly occur if the wood dust is mixed with paint particles or other chemicals and the ground product is hot after long work periods. Avoid overheating the grinding material and the de-vice. Before breaks always empty the dust collection bin or the dust bag.

Note: Allow the grinding disk to run without any

load at the maximum rotational speed for around five minutes before using for the first time. Leave the danger area in this time.

Loosen the knurled screw 8 of the workpiece support 6 and set the desired grinding angle (s. fig. A).

Re-tighten the knurled screw 8.

RISK OF INjURy! A distance

(gap) should be kept between the grinding disk 4 a, 4 b and the workpiece support 6 when working.

Loosen the tommy screw 3 of the protective hood 2 and set it so that it offers the most protection (s. fig. A).

ATTENTION! Repeat the settings on the

op-posite side.

Never press the spindle lock key 1 when the grinding disk 4 a, 4 b is still rotating.

Switch the device on by pressing the ON / OFF switch 10.

Set the appropriate rotational speed using the rotational speed control 11.

Switch off the device by pressing the ON / OFF switch 10.

Attach the polishing mandrel

RISK OF INjURy! Remove

the mains plug from the mains socket before you carry out any work on the appliance.

ATTENTION!

Never press the spindle lock key 1 when the grinding disk 4 a, 4 b is still rotating.

Pull out the cap 5.

Press the spindle lock key 1 to block the shaft.

Screw the polishing mandrel 12 (s. fig. B).

Screw the desired polishing tool 4 c, 4 d, 4 e, 4 f or 4 g onto the polishing mandrel 12 (s. fig. B).

Cover the grinding disk 4 a, 4 b completely using the protective hood 2 (s. fig. B).

Reverse the order to disassemble the polishing mandrel 12 after operation.

Changing the grinding disk

RISK OF INjURy! Remove the

mains plug from the mains socket before you carry out any work on the appliance.

The grinding disk 4 a, 4 b being used may not exceed the stated diameter.

Unscrew the fastening screws 17 on the side of the cover and remove the cover (s. fig. C).

Never press the spindle lock key 1 when the grinding disk 4 a, 4 b is still rotating.

Press the spindle lock key 1 to block the shaft.

Unscrew the union nut 16 from the device.

Remove the safety washer 15, union nut 16, grinding disk 4 a, 4 b and centring flange 14 (s. fig. C).

Place the new grinding disk onto the centring flange 14 and push them onto the shaft 13 (s. fig. C).

Thread the safety washer 15 and the union nut 16 onto the shaft 13.

Keep the spindle lock key 1 pressed and tighten the union nut 16.

RISK OF INjURy! Never use

the grinding disk 4 a, 4 b without the protective cover.

Re-attach the lateral panel and fasten by tighten-ing the retaintighten-ing screws 17 firmly.

Maintenance and Cleaning

RISK OF INjURy! Remove

the mains plug from the mains socket before you carry out any work on the appliance.

The device requires no maintenance.

Clean the device immediately after finishing your work.

Remove and empty the swarf compartment 9 to the side of the device (s. fig. D).

Use a dry cloth to clean the device. Never use petrol, solvent or cleaners which attack plastic.

Always keep the vents clear.

Remove dust clinging to the device with a brush.

Bestimmungsgemäßer

Gebrauch

Der Modellbau-Doppelschleifer ist zum Schleifen und Polieren verschiedenster Materialien ausgelegt. Er eignet sich sowohl zum Schleifen von harten Werk-stoffen wie Hartmetall, Grauguss, HSS, Keramik und Glas als auch zum Schleifen weicher Werkstoffe wie Kupfer, Aluminium und Kunststoff. Ebenso können zähe Werkstoffe wie ungehärteter Stahl, Schweiß-nähte, gehärteter Stahl und Titan bearbeitet werden. Das Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt. Jede andere Verwendung oder Verände-rung der Maschine gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren. Für aus bestim-mungswidriger Verwendung entstandene Schäden übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung.

Schutzvorrichtungen und Teile müssen

bestim-mungsgemäß durch eine anerkannte Fachwerk-statt repariert oder ausgewechselt werden, soweit nichts anderes in der Gebrauchsanweisung an-gegeben ist.

Beschädigte Schalter müssen bei einer Kunden-dienstwerkstatt ersetzt werden.

Benutzen Sie keine Elektrowerkzeuge, bei denen sich der Schalter nicht ein- und ausschalten lässt.

ACHTUNG! Der Gebrauch anderer

Einsatz-werkzeuge und anderen Zubehörs kann eine Verletzungsgefahr für Sie bedeuten.

Lassen Sie Ihr Elektrowerkzeug durch eine Elektrofachkraft reparieren! Dieses

Elektrowerkzeug entspricht den einschlägigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Reparaturen dürfen nur von einer Elektrofachkraft ausgeführt werden, indem Originalersatzteile verwendet werden, anderenfalls können Unfälle für den Benutzer entstehen.

Verwenden Sie keine beschädigten oder ver-formten Scheiben oder Bürsten.

Verwenden Sie nur Schleifscheiben und Bürsten deren aufgedruckte Drehzahl mindestens so hoch ist wie die auf dem Typenschild des Elek-trowerkzeugs angegeben.

Nehmen Sie die Einstellung des Funkenabweisers periodisch vor, um den Verschleiß der Scheibe auszugleichen, wobei der Abstand zwischen Funkenabweiser und Scheibe so gering wie möglich und in keinem Fall größer als 2 mm zu halten ist.

Lassen Sie die Bürste immer auf der Spindel befestigt, um das Risiko der Berührung mit der rotierenden Spindel zu begrenzen.

Restrisiken

Auch wenn Sie dieses Elektrowerkzeug vorschrifts-mäßig bedienen, bleiben immer Restrisiken bestehen. Folgende Gefahren können im Zusammenhang mit der Bauweise und Ausführung dieses Elektrowerk-zeugs auftreten:

a) Lungenschäden, falls kein geeigneter Atemschutz getragen wird.

b) Gehörschäden, falls kein geeigneter Gehörschutz getragen wird.

c) Gesundheitsschäden, die aus den Schwingungs-emissionen resultieren, falls das Gerät über einen längeren Zeitraum verwendet wird oder nicht ordnungsgemäß geführt und gewartet wird.

Geringer Schleifdruck genügt:

Arbeiten Sie mit geringem Schleifdruck – vor allem die richtige und gleichmäßige Drehzahl bringt hohe Schleifleistungen.

Schleifvorgang:

Bedenken Sie, dass sich das Werkstück durch den Schleifvorgang stark erwärmt. Kühlen Sie deshalb das Werkstück in einem Wasserbad ab.

ACHTUNG! Das Gerät ist nicht für den

Dauer-betrieb ausgelegt.

Bei Überhitzung das Gerät unbedingt ausschal-ten und abkühlen lassen.

Staubabsaugung

BRANDGEFAHR! Beim

Arbei-ten mit ElektrogeräArbei-ten, die über eine Staubfangbox verfügen oder durch eine Staubabsaugvorrichtung mit dem Staubsauger verbunden werden können, be-steht Brandgefahr! Unter ungünstigen Bedingungen,

wie z.B. bei Funkenflug - beim Schleifen von Metall oder Metallresten in Holz - kann sich Holzstaub in der Staubfangbox (oder im Staubbeutel des Staub-saugers) selbst entzünden. Dies kann insbesondere dann geschehen, wenn der Holzstaub mit Lackresten oder anderen chemischen Stoffen vermischt ist und das Schleifgut nach langem Arbeiten heiß ist. Ver-meiden Sie deshalb unbedingt eine Überhitzung des Schleifguts und des Gerätes. Entleeren Sie vor Arbeits-pausen stets die Staubfangbox bzw. den Staubbeutel des Staubsaugers.

Tragen Sie eine Staubschutzmaske!

Inbetriebnahme

Ein- / Ausschalten

Hinweis: Lassen Sie vor dem ersten Einsatz die

Schleifscheibe ca. 5 Minuten ohne Belastung mit höchster Drehzahl laufen. Verlassen Sie dabei den Gefahrenbereich.

Lösen Sie Rändelschraube 8 der Werkstück-auflage 6 und stellen Sie den gewünschten Schleifwinkel ein (s. Abb. A).

Drehen Sie Rändelschraube 8 wieder fest.

VERLETzUNGSGEFAHR! Es muss ein Abstand (Spalt) zwischen

Schleif-scheibe 4 a, 4 b und Werkstückauflage 6 be-stehen.

Lösen Sie die Knebelschraube 3 der Schutz-haube 2 und stellen Sie diese so ein, dass ein größtmöglicher Schutz besteht (s. Abb. A).

Ziehen Sie die Knebelschraube 3 wieder fest.

ACHTUNG! Einstellungen auf der

gegenüber-liegenden Seite wiederholen.

Drücken Sie niemals die Spindel-Arretiertaste 1, wenn die Schleifscheibe 4 a, 4 b sich dreht.

Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie den EIN- / AUS-Schalter 10 betätigen.

Stellen Sie die der Arbeit entsprechende Dreh-zahl mit Hilfe der DrehDreh-zahlregulierung 11 ein.

Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, indem Sie den EIN- / AUS-Schalter 10 erneut betätigen.

Polierdorn montieren

VERLETzUNGSGEFAHR!

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker immer aus der Steck-dose, bevor Sie Arbeiten am Gerät durchführen.

ACHTUNG!

Drücken Sie niemals die Spindel-Arretiertaste 1, wenn die Schleifscheibe 4 a, 4 b sich dreht.

Ziehen Sie die Abdeckkappe 5 ab.

Drücken Sie die Spindel-Arretiertaste 1, um die Welle zu blockieren.

Schrauben Sie den Polierdorn 12 auf (s. Abb. B).

Schrauben Sie das gewünschte Polierwerkzeug 4 c, 4 d, 4 e, 4 f oder 4 g auf den Polierdorn 12 (s. Abb. B).

Decken Sie die Schleifscheiben 4 a, 4 b mit Hilfe der Schutzhauben 2 komplett ab (s. Abb. B).

Gehen Sie nach Beendigung der Arbeit zur Demontage des Polierdorns 12 in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.

Schleifscheibe auswechseln

VERLETzUNGSGEFAHR!

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker immer aus der Steck-dose, bevor Sie Arbeiten am Gerät durchführen.

Die verwendete Schleifscheibe 4 a, 4 b darf niemals größer als der vorgeschriebene Durchmesser sein.

Drehen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben 17 der seitlichen Abdeckung heraus und entfernen Sie die Abdeckung (s. Abb. C).

Drücken Sie niemals die Spindel-Arretiertaste 1, wenn die Schleifscheibe 4 a, 4 b sich dreht.

Drücken Sie die Spindel-Arretiertaste 1, um die Welle zu blockieren.

Schrauben Sie die Überwurfmutter 16 mit einem Schraubenschlüssel vom Gerät ab.

Nehmen Sie die Spannscheibe 15, Überwurf-mutter 16, Schleifscheibe 4 a, 4 b und den Zentrierflansch 14 ab (s. Abb. C).

Setzen Sie die neue Schleifscheibe auf den Zen-trierflansch 14 und schieben Sie diesen auf die Welle 13 (s. Abb. C).

Vor der Inbetriebnahme / Inbetriebnahme

Schrauben Sie die Spannscheibe 15 und die Überwurfmutter 16 wieder auf die Welle 13.

Halten Sie die Spindel-Arretiertaste 1 gedrückt und ziehen Sie die Überwurfmutter 16 wieder fest an.

VERLETzUNGSGEFAHR!

Nehmen Sie die Schleifscheibe 4 a, 4 b niemals ohne die Schutzabdeckungen in Betrieb.

Montieren Sie die seitlichen Abdeckungen wieder und befestigen Sie diese sicher, indem Sie die Befestigungsschrauben 17 wieder gut festziehen.

Wartung und Reinigung

VERLETzUNGSGEFAHR!

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker immer aus der Steck-dose, bevor Sie Arbeiten am Gerät durchführen. Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät, direkt nach Abschluss der Arbeit.

Ziehen Sie die Schleifstaubschublade 9 seit-lich aus dem Gerät und entleeren Sie diese (s. Abb. D).

Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Gerätes ein trockenes Tuch und keinesfalls Benzin, Lösungs-mittel oder Reiniger, die Kunststoff angreifen.

Halten Sie Lüftungsöffnungen immer frei.

Entfernen Sie anhaftenden Schleifstaub mit einem Pinsel.

Service

Lassen Sie Ihre Geräte von der Servicestelle oder einer Elek-trofachkraft und nur mit Original-Ersatz-teilen reparieren. Damit wird sichergestellt,

dass die Sicherheit des Gerätes erhalten bleibt.

Lassen Sie den Aus-tausch des Steckers oder der Netzleitung immer vom Hersteller des Gerätes oder seinem Kundendienst ausführen. Damit

wird sichergestellt, dass die Sicherheit des Ge-rätes erhalten bleibt.

Hinweis: Nicht aufgeführte Ersatzteile (wie z.B.

Kohlebürsten, Schalter) können Sie über unsere Callcenter bestellen.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 jahre Ga-rantie ab Kaufdatum. Das Gerät wurde sorgfältig produziert und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprüft. Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Nachweis für den Kauf auf. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Garantiefall mit Ihrer Servicestelle telefonisch in Verbindung. Nur so kann eine kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer Ware gewährleistet werden.

Die Garantieleistung gilt nur für Material- oder Fa-brikationsfehler, nicht aber für Transportschäden, Verschleißteile oder für Beschädigungen an zer-brechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter oder Akkus. Das Produkt ist lediglich für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt.
