RESOLUTION

CD7.R17

REPORT OF THE PERMANENT SUBCOMMITTEE ON BUILDINGS

AND INSTALLATIONS

THE 7th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having studied the first and second reports of the Permanent Subcommittee on Buildings and

Installations (Documents CE19/11 and CE20/6) and Resolutions IV and III approved at the 19th

and 20th Meetings of the Executive Committee, respectively,

RESOLVES

1. To express its thanks to the Permanent Subcommittee on Buildings and Installations.

2. To approve the action taken to date by the Permanent Subcommittee.

3. To approve the recommendation of the Subcommittee, which was endorsed by the Executive

Committee, to the effect that the construction work for the fourth floor of the building located at

4.To leave the balance of money available from the approved allotment of $135,180, which is

estimated to be approximately $17,000, for the maintenance and repair of the Headquarters

buildings.
