RESOLUTION

CD21.R24

AGREEMENT BETWEEN PAHO/WHO AND ODECA

THE 21st DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Taking into account the report of the Director of the Pan American Sanitary Bureau on the

proposed agreement between PAHO/WHO and the Organization of Central American States

(ODECA) (Document CD21/15); and

Bearing in mind the authorization granted by the Executive Committee to the Director at its 68th

Meeting, to continue negotiations with ODECA in order to formalize relations between the two

organizations,

RESOLVES

To authorize the Director of the Bureau to continue the above-mentioned negotiations and to sign

eventually the agreement between PAHO/WHO and the Organization of Central American States.
