Dear EPLANET partners,
According to the EPLANET Annex 1, we are calling the first annual meeting of the provisional EPLANET decisional bodies, to be held in CERN on February 15-16, 2012.
1) Executive and Supervisory Board (ESB). (CERN, February 16, 2012). The members of the ESB are the Project Coordinator, the Deputy Project Coordinator,
the CERN interlocutor, one Representative of Pierre Auger Observatory and one representative for each participating country.
All interlocutors of participating countries must start a internal selection procedure to indicate their country representative, and inform
us about the result of the process. We have, anyway, to proceed with the organization of EPLANET and, provisionally, for the first meeting,
for each country we propose a participant according to her/his experience in HELEN: ARGENTINA: Maria Teresa Dova

Provisionally we confirm the SEC of the HELEN project, namely: Alberto Santoro, Arnulfo Zepeda for LA, Jose Ocariz and Fernando Arqueros (replacing the late J.A. Rubio)

3) Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC). (CERN, February 15, 2012, afternoon). The SAC members are the 9 work packages coordinators, together with: two external advisors and one representative of SEC, to be selected by the ESB.

it is my pleasure to announce the new OSG program aimed to open a new way of collaboration between OSG and South American institutions.
We are offering the possibility for two system administrators to stay a period of time, 3 to 6 months, in two OSG institutions: Fermi National Laboratory (FNAL) and the OSG Grid Operation Center (GOC).
