The aim of the study was to investigate the state of the proliferative processes on breast carcinoma cells, depending on protein Her-2/neu expression and Her-2 gene amplification. Proliferative activity of the explored tumor can be evaluated by percentage ratio of stained nuclei of carcinoma cells to unstained ones. Presence of the gene amplification has no influence on the change of proliferative activity of breast carcinoma.

Combined treatment of the HCT116 cells with bortezomib (10 nM) and taxol (1 nM) decreased effective doses (ED50) of DR5-B 5-10 times, while this parameter was not changed for wild-type TRAIL. These methods make it possible to detect the functional changes at the cellular level with exact anatomical localization of the pathological focus. IgM mAbs bound the terminal GalNAc residue of the Tn antigen regardless of the peptide context. A significant protective effect of the staphylococcal vaccine was found in Balb/c mice infected with a virulent strain of S.aureus. It was demonstrated that the antigenic sites of SP-platforms were masked by CaMV virions bound to the SP surface.
