Diante do exposto conclui-se que o teste de FNA em 30s é reprodutível em atletas com menor índice técnico. Os valores de referência da FNA fornecem informações sobre os parâmetros da CF-t para cada parâmetro técnico e estes em relação ao desempenho. Os parâmetros técnicos quantificados de forma isolada apontam a necessidade de aprimoramento dos parâmetros técnicos, especificamente a força de pernas em ambos os sexos que podem ser aprimorados nas sessões de treinamento, consequentemente, influenciando na medida da FNA e na FP.

A relação estabelecida por modelos lineares pode não representar diretamente a relação entre a FNA e as medidas antropométricas, porém, modelos não lineares nos permitem calcular por extrapolação a relação entre estas variáveis tornando-se compreensível a magnitude desta relação e o quanto podem descrever causa e o efeito entre estas. Diante disso, o uso de modelos lineares e não lineares devem ser realizados com cautela em função do comportamento específico de cada variável e os aspectos como maturação, idade, sexo e características da modalidade devem ser considerados em análises multifatoriais.
