• Os resultados da expressão da proteína HIF-1α ao longo do desenvolvimento do CXAP indicam que não há diferença da resposta hipóxica nos diferentes grupos estudados.

• Os resultados da imunoistoquímica sugerem que a proteína GLUT-1 esteja associada com a transformação maligna do AP enquanto a expressão das proteínas FASN e adipofilina aumente para suportar a proliferação das células tumorais.

CORRELAÇÃO ENTRE A EXPRESSÃO GÊNICA E IMUNOISTOQUÍMICA

• A ausência de diferença na expressão gênica e imunoistoquímica de HIF-1α entre as amostras estudadas reforça que tanto o AP quanto o CXAP são tumores com bom estado de oxigenação.

• O aumento na expressão gênica e imunoistoquímica de GLUT-1 confirma nossa hipótese de que a captação de glicose e a expressão de seus transportadores em células transformadas é importante para o desenvolvimento do CXAP.

• O aumento na expressão das proteínas FASN e adipofilina ao longo da carcinogênese do AP e a ausência da expressão da proteína GLUT-1 no AP pode refletir o papel dos controles regulatórios transcricionais e pós-traducionais que atuam na expressão destes genes.
