Abstract. Definition of quality of life in people with disabilities. Kyrychenko A. G.In order to determine quality of life of people with disabilities according to age, gender and functional limitations using questionnaire SF-36 study was conducted. The study was conducted by examining questionnaire data and performed using the comparison of the data in the standard forms of primary documentation. It was revealed that in disabled caused by diseases of the nervous system a significant decrease of quality of life by the most scales of SF-36 questionnaire, was noted it is reliable, valid, and a highly convenient method of assessing physical and mental health of persons with disabilities and allows to control various components of life activity and has prognostic significance with respect to the effectiveness of rehabilitation, reintegration and resocialization.

ɫɩɪɢɣɧɹɬɬɹ ɥɸɞɢɧɨɸ ɫɜɨɝɨ ɩɨɥɨɠɟɧɧɹ ɭ ɠɢɬɬɿ ɜ ɤɨɧɬɟɤɫɬɿ ɤɭɥɶɬɭɪɚɥɶɧɢɯ ɬɚ ɰɿɧɧɿɫɧɢɯ ɨɪɿɽɧɬɚɰɿɣ

ɜɿɞɩɨɜɿɞɧɨ ɞɨ ʀʀ ɨɫɨɛɢɫɬɢɯ ɰɿɥɟɣ,ɨɱɿɤɭɜɚɧɶ,ɫɬɚɧ

-ɞɚɪɬɿɜ ɬɚ ɩɿɤɥɭɜɚɧɧɹ [1]. ȱɧɲɢɦɢ ɫɥɨɜɚɦɢ,ɹɤɿɫɬɶ

ɠɢɬɬɹ (əɀ) ɜɢɡɧɚɱɚɽɬɶɫɹ ɹɤ ɫɭɛ’ɽɤɬɢɜɧɚ ɡɚɞɨɜɨ

-ɥɟɧɿɫɬɶ ɥɸɞɢɧɢ ɫɜɨʀɦ ɮɿɡɢɱɧɢɦ,ɩɫɢɯɿɱɧɢɦ ɬɚ ɫɨ

-ɰɿɚɥɶɧɢɦ ɛɥɚɝɨɩɨɥɭɱɱɹɦ ɭ ɜɫɿɯ ɣɨɝɨ ɚɫɩɟɤɬɚɯ

ɫɭɫɩɿɥɶɧɨɝɨ ɮɭɧɤɰɿɨɧɭɜɚɧɧɹ [2, 3, 4].

ɋɬɚɧ ɡɞɨɪɨɜ’ɹ, ɜɿɞɩɨɜɿɞɧɨ ɞɨ ɪɟɤɨɦɟɧɞɚɰɿɣ

ȼɈɈɁ, ɩɪɢɣɧɹɬɨ ɨɰɿɧɸɜɚɬɢ ɡ ɩɨɡɢɰɿɣ ɧɟ ɬɿɥɶɤɢ

ɜɢɜɚɠɟɧɨɫɬɿ ɩɚɬɨɥɨɝɿɱɧɨɝɨ ɩɪɨɰɟɫɭ, ɚɥɟ ɣ ɡ ɬɨɱ

-ɤɢ ɡɨɪɭ ɜɩɥɢɜɭ ɯɜɨɪɨɛɢ ɧɚ ɫɚɦɨɨɛɫɥɭɝɨɜɭɜɚɧɧɹ,

ɩɨɛɭɬɨɜɭ ɬɚ ɫɨɰɿɚɥɶɧɭ ɚɤɬɢɜɧɿɫɬɶ ɩɚɰɿɽɧɬɚ. ɋɚɦɟ

ɩɨɧɹɬɬɹ «ɹɤɿɫɬɶ ɠɢɬɬɹ» ɡɚɜɠɞɢ ɦɚɽ ɧɚ ɭɜɚɡɿ

ɫɭɛ’ɽɤɬɢɜɧɿɫɬɶ ɫɩɪɢɣɧɹɬɬɹ ɿ ɯɚɪɚɤɬɟɪɢɡɭɽ ɡɚɞɨ

-ɜɨɥɟɧɿɫɬɶ ɥɸɞɢɧɢ ɪɿɜɧɟɦ ɫɜɨɝɨ ɞɨɛɪɨɛɭɬɭ, ɬɨɛɬɨ

ɫɬɭɩɿɧɶ ɤɨɦɮɨɪɬɧɨɫɬɿ ɹɤ ɜɫɟɪɟɞɢɧɿ ɫɟɛɟ, ɬɚɤ ɿ ɜ

ɪɚɦɤɚɯ ɫɭɫɩɿɥɶɫɬɜɚ [5, 9, 10].

ɇɟɡɚɞɨɜɿɥɶɧɢɣ ɪɿɜɟɧɶ əɀ ɩɚɰɿɽɧɬɿɜ ɧɚ ɯɜɨ

-ɪɨɛɢ ɧɟɪɜɨɜɨʀ ɫɢɫɬɟɦɢ ɩɨɜ’ɹɡɚɧɢɣ ɧɟ ɬɿɥɶɤɢ ɡ

ɤɥɿɧɿɱɧɢɦɢ ɩɪɨɹɜɚɦɢ ɯɜɨɪɨɛɢ, ɚɥɟ ɣ ɡ ɩɫɢɯɨ

-ɥɨɝɿɱɧɢɦ ɬɢɩɨɦ ɪɟɚɝɭɜɚɧɧɹ. ȼɢɧɢɤɧɟɧɧɹ ɨɛɦɟ

-ɠɟɧɧɹ ɠɢɬɬɽɞɿɹɥɶɧɨɫɬɿ ɽ ɞɪɚɦɚɬɢɱɧɢɦ ɞɥɹ ɯɜɨ

-ɪɨɝɨ ɱɟɪɟɡ ɪɨɡɜɢɬɨɤ ɫɨɰɿɚɥɶɧɨʀ ɞɟɡɚɞɚɩɬɚɰɿʀ ɬɚ ɨɫɨɛɢɫɬɿɫɧɨɝɨ ɞɢɫɬɪɟɫɭ ɭ ɫɩɿɜɜɿɞɧɨɲɟɧɧɿ ɡ

ɫɭɫɩɿɥɶɫɬɜɨɦ, ɹɤɟ ɧɟ ɡɨɜɫɿɦ ɩɪɚɜɢɥɶɧɨ ɨɛɦɟɠɭɽ

Ʌɸɞɢɧɚ ɡ ɨɛɦɟɠɟɧɢɦɢ ɦɨɠɥɢɜɨɫɬɹɦɢ ɩɿɞɜɥɚɞɧɚ

ɫɨɰɿɚɥɶɧɿɣ ɞɢɫɤɪɢɦɿɧɚɰɿʀ, ɠɨɪɫɬɤɢɦ ɫɨɰɿɚɥɶɧɨ

-ɬɪɭɞɨɜɢɦ ɨɛɦɟɠɟɧɧɹɦ, ɹɤɿ ɩɪɨɬɢɫɬɨɹɬɶ ʀʀ ɦɨɠ

-ɥɢɜɨɫɬɹɦ ɿ ɨɛɦɟɠɭɸɬɶ ʀʀ ɫɨɰɿɚɥɶɧɭ ɚɤɬɢɜɧɿɫɬɶ.

ɋɤɪɢɧɿɧɝ ɬɚ ɦɨɧɿɬɨɪɢɧɝ ɨɰɿɧɤɢ əɀ ɡɚɥɟɠɧɨ ɜɿɞ ɫɬɭɩɟɧɹ ɨɛɦɟɠɟɧɶ ɠɢɬɬɽɞɿɹɥɶɧɨɫɬɿ ɽ ɨɞɧɢɦ ɡ ɩɪɿɨɪɢɬɟɬɧɢɯ ɧɚɩɪɹɦɤɿɜ ɞɥɹ ɭɫɩɿɲɧɨʀ ɪɟɚɞɚɩɬɚɰɿʀ

ɬɚ ɪɟɫɨɰɿɚɥɿɡɚɰɿʀ. ɇɟɨɛɯɿɞɧɨ ɜɿɞɦɿɬɢɬɢ, ɳɨ ɜ ɍɤ

-ɪɚʀɧɿ ɜɢɜɱɟɧɧɹ ɹɤɨɫɬɿ ɠɢɬɬɹ ɨɫɿɛ ɡ ɨɛɦɟɠɟɧɢɦɢ ɦɨɠɥɢɜɨɫɬɹɦɢ ɞɨɬɟɩɟɪ ɛɭɥɨ ɨɛɦɟɠɟɧɢɦ ɬɚ

ɩɪɚɤɬɢɱɧɨ ɧɟ ɩɪɨɜɨɞɢɥɨɫɹ [8]. Ⱥɤɬɭɚɥɶɧɿɫɬɶ ɞɨ
