În acest articol, autorii analizează nor

relevante sunt expuse și explicate, iar core

Cuvinte-cheie: normalitate, populație, estimatori, ecuație, creștere.

In this paper, the authors analyse the asymptotic normality for the estimation of singular equation. The case considered covers the population with sensitive instruments. The relevant models and hypotheses are exposed and explained; also the significant correlations revealed by the equations are emphasized.
Key words: normality, population, bias, equation, growth.

1. Short introductory notions
In this paper we have tried to analyse the effects of results extension in the case of asymptotic normality for estimators achieved when we use population with sensitive instru-ments. We shall study the situation in which a
parameter does not record lower increase, so
 would tend to infinite.

2. Considerations on simultaneous equa-tions model1
In the demonstration we shall consider two simultaneous equations model (SEM):
1=2++, (1)
2=++, (2)
• Presupunem că ==
pentru unele secvențe de numere pozitive secvențiale
{}, nedescrescătoare în n, și pentru unele
secvențe non-aleatorii, ⨯1parametrul
vectorilor {}.
• A doua presupunere (ipoteză) porneşte de la faptul că { ̅,:= 1, . . ,; ≥1} este o
(′,,′, )′ cu ′,,′, exprimă rândul i
din matricele , respectiv . Presupunem că:
 → ∞ si → ∞ astfel încât → ,
considerăm că satisface condiția
0≤ < 1.
where, 1 and 2 are vectors ⨯1 of
observations of the two endogenous variables of the system. is a matrix of ⨯ observations of exogenous variables J, including in the equation (1)
is a matrix ⨯ of instrumental variables observations , or exogenous variab-les excluded from the equation (1)
and are ⨯1 vectors of random perturbations.
We consider = (,)′, where and
are components of random vectors ,, and . For the situation described will make the following assumptions
• We assume that ==
for some sequences of positive sequential numbers
{}, increasing in n, and for some non-random sequences, ⨯1parameter vectors {}.
• The second assumption it starts from the fact that { ̅,:= 1, . . ,; ≥1} a triangular array + valued random variables, where
̅,= (′,,′, )′ with ′,,′, showing row i from matrices , respectively . Assuming that
 → ∞ and → ∞ so that → , we consider that satisfies
0≤ < 1
For 1 ↗ ∞, → ∞ and assuming that the following constants exist Dλ and Dλ, with

n→∞( cn′cn
m2n)≤ Dc.

→0, dar
 →0.
3. Normalitatea în cazul estimatorilor unei ecuații singulare1
Ne vom concentra atenția asupra a trei estimatori:
• Estimatorul LIML (Limited information maximum likelihood), de forma:
0 < Dλ≤Dλ<∞ so that:
Dλ≤ limn→∞λmin′
m1n with high
probability (3) and
lım
n→∞λmax′
m1n ≤Dλ with high
probability (4) where ̅= (,)
Next we will consider that it exists the string of positive real numbers {2}, increasing n,
and 0 < Dc≤Dc<∞ , so that
Dc≤ lim
n→∞( cn′ cn
m2n) and (5)
lım
n→∞( cn′ cn
m2n)≤ Dc. (6) The third assumption ̅ and is
indepen-dent for any i and n.
Next we shall assume that:
− ≡ ... (0,∑),ℎ ∑> 0 and
∑

−Exist a constant DȠ with 0 < DȠ<∞, so that
max{8, 8}≤DȠ.
−3=3=2=
=2= 0.
The last hypothesis is based on the fact that we consider a priori the relation =m1nm2n.
2 with the condition that → ∞, → ∞ so

→0, but

 →0.
3. Normality in the case of estimators of a singular equation1
We have three estimators:

of instruments. This facts assumes that the estimators considered, defined through the configuration of some sensitive elements, mean a given moderate increase.
The results achieved emphasize that the more sensitive instruments can be worked with, the risk that they differ from the estimated value is non-existent.
In the case of sensitive instruments, it is observed that the estimators are equivalent, regardless their grade. Even if it’s a particular case, we can conclude that the asymptotic normality for the estimators of the singular equation, in the case of a population with sensitive instruments, is verified. The present study outlines that in the use of singular equations estimators, when applied to population with instruments, the convergence and variance rates differ from the situation of strong instruments.
