PARENTS PAYMENT AGREEMENT / ACORDO DE PAGAMENTO DOS PAIS
In consideration of Woodrose International School (WIS), in accepting my child/children (herein after referred to as “student”) for admission into the School, I/We hereby agree to abide by the terms & conditions of this agreement and any subsequent revisions, and to observe all current and future school policies.
The following are the terms and conditions regarding payment at WIS:
Tomando em consideração que a Woodrose International School (WIS) aceitou matrícular a(as) minha(s) criança (s) (adiante referida como “Estudante”, serve esta para dar o meu acordo no cumprimento dos termos & condições deste documento, das subsequentes revisões que o mesmo poderá sofrer, bem como das presentes e futuras normas e regulamentos

Esquema de Pagamento
School Fees has been calculated as yearly payments. However, parents can choose to pay depending on the following payment schemes that suit them better.
O cálculo do pagamento das propinas é feito por ano. Contudo, os encarregados podem encolher o periodo para pagamento que melhor lhes convém:
a) Monthly Payment / Pagamento Mensal
b) Half Year Payment/Pagamento de metade do Ano c) Yearly Payment / Pagamento Anual
This explains the reason behind payments on months with long holidays such as January and July. Dai a razão para a necessidade de pagamentos mesmos nos meses em que há férias longas taís como em Jeneiro e Julho. Discounts are not cumulative, which means that we will only consider the biggest discount (Point 1 and 2)
Os descontos não são Cumulativos, isto é, aplicaremos a regra do maior desconto (ponto 1 e 2)
1) DISCOUNT BASED ON ACADEMIC PERIODS / DESCONTO BASEADO NOS PERÍODOS ACADÉMICOS
A. Year Payment / Pagamento Anual: 5% discount on tuition fee; 5% de desconto da propina.
Payment must be done until the 30th January otherwise the discounted amount shall no
longer be applicable. O Pagemento deve ser efectuado até o dia 30 de Janeiro, na impossibilidade o Desconto será invalidado.
B. Half Year Payment/ Pagamento de Metade do Ano: 3% discount on tuition fee; 3% de desconto das propinas
The Payment must be done until the 30th January for the 1st Semester and until the 10th July
for the 2nd Semester; otherwise the discounted amount shall no longer be applicable.
O pagamento deve ser efectuado até o dia 30 de Janeiro para o 1° Semestre e até o dia 10 de Julho para o 2° Semestre, caso contrário o Desconto será invalidado
2) DISCOUNT BASED ON THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS / DESCONTO BASEADO NO NUMERO DE ESTUDANTES
A. Sibling Discount / Desconto para Irmãos
Siblings (Brothers and/or sisters) shall have the below listed discounts on the annual tuition fee upon presentation of supporting documents such as I.D., passports or birth certificates. Após a submissão dos documentos que comprovem o parentesco, os seguintes descontos serão aplicados:
2 students / Estudantes 3 % to the eldest child /aplicado ao irmão mais velho
3 students/ Estudantes 7 % to the eldest child / aplicado ao irmão mais velho
4 students/ Estudantes 10 % to the eldest child/ aplicado ao irmão mais velho
B. Recommendation Discount/ Desconto Baseado em Recomendações : Upon enrollment and payment of the recommended student, the parent who
recommended him/her/them shall receive a “ONCE OFF” discount based on the following scheme:
Após a inscrição e pagamento da criança recomendada, será uma “ÚNICA VEZ” concedido um desconto ao encarregado que tiver feito a recomendação nos seguintes moldes:
15 % for 1 recommended student / Se recomendar 1 criança
20 % for 2 recommended students/ Se recomendar 2 crianças
25 % for 3 recommended students/ Se recomendar 3 crianças
40 % for 4 recommended students/ Se recomendar 4 crianças
50% for 5 recommended students/ Se recomendar 5 crianças
This discount will be given on the succeeding month after the enrollment/ payment of the recommended student/s is done. Este desconto será concedido no mês seguinte após efectuado a matrícula e o respectivo pagamento.
3) DISCOUNT BASED ON ACADEMIC AND LOYALTY/ DESCONTO BASEADO EM RESULTADOS ACADÉMICOS E LEALDADE
A. Academic Discount / Desconto Baseado em Resultados Académicos
The first honor of each class shall receive a discount for the 1st month payment on the succeeding year.
O melhor aluno de cada Classe estará isento de pagar o primeiro mês de propinas do ano seguinte. B. Loyalty Discount / Desconto pela Lealdade
Students who have been in the institution for five years or more are entitled to the following discounts / Os estudantes que estiverem na instituição por mais de 5 anos terão os seguintes descontos:
6th year / 6° ano 25% discount on Registration Fee/ Desconto da Matrícula
7th year / 7° ano 50% discount on Registration Fee/ Disconto da Matrícula
8th year / 8° ano 75% discount on Registration Fee/ Disconto da Matrícula
8 years Plus/ Mais de 8 anos 100% discount on Registration Fee/ Disconto daMatrícula
NOTE / NOTA:
All Discounts provided are only valid if parents pay on time. The Discounts scheme shall be forfeited if the student(s) leave/s the school before the school year ends. In that event, the beneficiary shall reimburse the payment to the institution.
Todos os descontos são só válidos se os Encarregados de Educação efectuarem os pagamentos atempadamente. Os descontos serão cancelados na eventualidade da criança deixar a instituição, e nessa caso o beneficiado deverá devolver o desconto.
4) LATE FEE STRUCTURE / MULTAS
All payments MUST be done in advance. In the event that the payment deadline falls under a Sunday or a Public Holiday, the payment must be done upon the succeeding working day to avoid late fees.
Todos os pagamentos deverao ser efectuados antecipadamente.
Se a data limite para o pagamento conscidir com um Domingo ou feriano Nacional, o pagamento deverá ser efectuado no próximo dia útil para evitar multas.

O pagamento é só considerado feito após a submissão do comprovativo de pagamento a tesouraria da WIS. Porém, no interesse de ganharmos tempo aceitaremos documentos via e-mail somente com a inteção de evitar multas incorrectas. Payments shall be done via TRANSFER/ DEPOSIT to our Woodrose International
School BCI account Os pagamentos devem ser feitos via TRANSFERÊNCIA / DEPÓSITO na nossa conta BCI.

Payments made by cheque will only be accepted after the deposit confirmation from the Bank. In case of any complication with cheque bouncing, rejected, etc., WIS reserves the right to impose penalties as abovementioned.
Os pagamentos feitos via cheque só serão considerados válidos após boa cobranca. Caso surja alguma complicação com devolução de cheques/ rejeição, etc., a Woodrose reserva-se ao direito de aplicar as multas conforme as regras ja mencionadas.
A) Monthly Payment Scheme/ Esquema de Pagamento Mensal:

B) Half year/ Full Year Payment Scheme / Pagamento Annual e Metade do Ano:
If parents cannot comply with the respective deadlines, they will automatically be put on the monthly fee structure and all discounts will be forfeited.
Na impossibilidade dos pais cumprirem com o pagamento nas datas estipuladas, serão automaticamente postos no Sistema de pagamento mensal e todos os descontos serão cancelados.
NOTE/ NOTA: In order to avoid any inconvenience to the student during examination days, parents should settle their outstanding account prior the Term Examination week. The school follows:
NO PAYMENT, NO EXAM POLICY.
Para evitar inconvenienças durante o período de exames, os encarregados deverão efectuar todos os pagamentos até a semana anterior a semana de exames pois a escolar segue a politica: SEM PAGAMENTO NÃO HÁ EXAME
In the event of missed exam, the student may write the Special Term Examination after paying an axam fee of 300 MT per subject.
Na eventualmente de faltar o exame, o/a estudante será submetido/a a um Exame especial após o pagamento de 300 MT por disciplina.
If the parents would not be able to make the necessary payments, the school has the prerogative not to accept the child or to send him/her home, unless payment has been presented.
Se o encarregado não efectuar o pagamento, a WIS reserve-se ao direito de não receber a criança até que o pagamento seja efectuado.
5) REFUND POLICY / POLITICA DE REEMBOLSO
Registration, Books, Miscellaneous Fee, Transport and Food are non-refundable. Only the students who pay on a term or yearly basis and wish to leave the institution before the school year ends can apply for refund which is subjected to approval. If authorized the refund process takes a minimum of two months
A Matrícula, Livros, Diversos, Transporte, alimentação jamais são reembolsáveis. Somente os pais que efectuem pagamentos anuais ou Metade do ano poderão solicitar o reembolso e aguardar a autorização/ ou não, caso decidam sair da instituição no meio do ano. Se autorizado, o processo de reembolso dura o mínimo de dois meses.
I/ We have read ad fully understood this agreement and agree to be bound by it or any subsequent revisions.
Eu li e compreendi completamente a política de pagamento da WIS e concordo em cumprí-la na integra bem como as suas subsequentes revisões que me forem dadas a conhecer atempadamento.
