RESOLUTION

CD19.R3

APPLICATION OF THE ART. 6-B OF THE PAHO CONSTITUTION

THE 19th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Noting that four Governments have quotas more than two years in arrears and are thus subject to

[the provisions of] Article 6, paragraph B, of the PAHO Constitution, and that three of these

Governments have sent representatives to the XIX Meeting of the Directing Council; and

Having examined the efforts made by these Governments to meet their obligations,

RESOLVES

To permit Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti to vote in this XIX Meeting of the Directing

Council.
