RESOLUTION

CD10.R24

TECHNICAL DISCUSSIONS

THE 10th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having examined the report presented by Dr. Diego Angel Ramírez Elías (Ecuador), Rapporteur of

the Technical Discussions on "Bases and Methods for the Evaluation of Health Programs," held

during the present meeting under the chairmanship of the Moderator, Dr. Abraham Horwitz (Chile),

following the presentation of the topic by the expert Dr. Guillermo Arbona, Secretary of Health of

the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,

RESOLVES

1. To take note of the report on the Technical Discussions, expressing the satisfaction of the

Council at the manner in which they were conducted and the accuracy with which the report has

interpreted them.

2. To recommend that the Director of the Bureau give the aforementioned report the widest

possible distribution.

3. To reaffirm the importance and advisability of holding the Technical Discussions as part of

the business of the Council.
