1. Invitation Procedure:
According to the Gold Standard Foundation guidelines for stakeholder’s consultation in CDM project activities, civil and governmental entities involved in the Initial Stakeholder Consultation were again contacted through e-mail for a new round of comments collection about the project. Additionally, international NGO’s that support The Gold Standard Foundation were also invited to send comments as well as the Gold Standard Latin American representative and its secretariat in Switzerland. The following documents were sent along with the invitation e-mail:
- Project Design Document - Version 3, in Portuguese and English; - Gold Standard Passport, also in Portuguese and English;

1. Public Consultation Procedure:
The Main Stakeholder Consultation started on August, 3rd 2009 when the invitation mails were sent to entities listed above. MundusCarbo staff waited comments from stakeholders through e-mail or telephone, until August, 13th 2009.
2. Summary of comments received
The Federal Prosecutor – Attorney's Office in Minas Gerais – sent a letter requesting detailed information about the Project. In response, MundusCarbo staff came into contact with de Local Prosecutor in order to schedule a face meeting in which information would be given. The Prosecutor
opted not to perform the face meeting and
