Topic 11: FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR AND REPORT OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITOR FOR 1958
The Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor (Official Document No, 29) were presented to the Executive
Committee at its 37th Meeting, After studying these reports, the Committee adopted the following Resolution II:
"The Executive Committee,
Having examined the Financial Report of the Director for the fiscal year 1958 and the Report of the External Auditor on the audit of the accounts of the Pan American Sanitary Bureau for 1958 (Official Document No. 29),
RESOLVES:
1, To congratulate the Director and the members of his
staff on the improvements made in the method of presentation of the Financial Report for the fiscal year 1958, and to thank the External Auditor for the Report he submitted (Official Document No, 29).
2. To take note of the aforesaid reports and transmit them to the XI Meeting of the Directing Council."
In accordance with the above resolution, the Director has the honor to transmit the said reports to the Directing Council for
consideration. After studying the matter, the Directing Council may wish to consider the following proposed resolution:

Noting the action of the Executive Committee at its 37th Meeting regarding the aforesaid reports (Resolution II),
RESOLVES:
-To approve the Financial Report of the Director and the Report
