also known as roughage or bulk, dates back to
ancient Greece. The Greek was under the impression that dietary fiber causes cause the excretion of
essential nutrients. It was not until the 1930s where J.H. Kellogg took interest in wheat bran and confirmed its effects on patients with constipation and colitis.
Today, dietary fiber is a common staple for those with
frequent constipation and colitis.

toast. If you prefer, you can swap out the toast for a corn tortilla, brown rice cake, or large whole-grain crackers.
2. Top the mashed avocado with slices of cucumber, tomato, or other water-rich vegetables.
3. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
4. Consume with a serving of VORST’s Fiber Mix.
1. Combine a half-cup of rolled oats, one chopped apple, one tablespoon of chia seeds, one tablespoon of peanut butter, and one cup of water in a small pot.
