II. Authorship
It is implicitly assumed that all authors contributed to the same extent to the present article, in particular that no
“ghostwriting” or “guest authorship” occurred. The publisher should be informed in writing if this is not a case.
III. Author’s Warranties
The author(s) warrants that the article:
is original, written only by the above stated author(s),
has not been published before,
contains no unlawful statements,
does not infringe the rights of others.
Moreover, any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).
IV. Author(s) reserves the following rights:
all proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights,
the right to grant or refuse permission to third parties to republish all or parts of the article or translations thereof (in the case where the entire article is republished, the third parties must also obtain Pedagogical University’s written permission),
the right to use all or part of this article in their future works,
in the case of a ‘work made for hire’, the employer and the authors may make copies of this article for their own use, but not for resale.
