CAPÍTULO VI – CONCLUSÕES E RECOMENDAÇÕES
6.1 Recomendações:
Acho conveniente descrever recomendações modestas para os organismos que planeiem o marketing dos destinos turísticos na cidade do Porto.
Os turistas viajam por varias razões, tais como, lazer, férias, recreação, visita a parentes e amigos. Portanto é necessário criar serviços turísticos de acordo com as suas necessidades.
São necessárias ações de estudo para a tomada de decisões sobre o turismo e fortalecer a qualidade dos pacotes turísticos, regular e controlar a promoção do turismo, e procurar novos segmentos para o turismo a nível internacional.
É necessário manter as estratégias Low-cost, sem descuidar a qualidade do serviço oferecido. No entanto deverá realizar-se um estudo sobre a depreciação de alguns produtos especialmente nos hotéis, devido à modalidade low-cost.
As pequenas unidades hoteleiras devem investir nas tecnologias de informação e comunicação, de forma a melhorar a comunicação dos seus produtos e serviços hoteleiros.
Para uma futura investigação de interesse, n que diz respeito ao marketing de destinos turísticos nas redes sociais, sugere-se um estudo qualitativo dos consumidores das empresas ligadas ao turismo, para se compreender se a escolha e o uso de ferramentas de informação e comunicação apenas influenciam o momento da organização da viagem ou a também durante a viagem e após a viagem.
