more than 1 OGX program at the same time.

• A DT EP program fort short X realizations.

• Job Expected: Doing lectures, facilitating sessions

and teaching young students on specific themes such

as entrepreneurship, cultural diversity, climate

changes, social responsibility and others, fund raising,

project management, social volunteer work.

• Profile Expected: college students or graduated with

less than 2 years, preferred: previous volunteer

experience, intermediary or advanced English and/or

Spanish languages .

• Main destinations: Latin America, Eastern Europe

and Asia

• Duration: 6 – 12 weeks (with the possibility to realize

more than 1 X with this duration)

What do we have to do?

Critical activities:

• Promotion: Use different communication channels to attract the necessary quantity of applicants. We are looking for profiles not necessary just in universities but graduated and professionals too. Prepare your LC to sell our Corporate products as market trend opportunities.

• Selection / Raising processes: In the same way of non corporate, use the LC-LC and national cooperation to ensure the fast MA. Contact your Eps abroad to be ambassador of your LC

contributing promoting your current Eps available, cultural preparation and sharing his story for your audience focus to break mindsets of countries, future perspectives and jobs.

• Matching process: Ensure a high quality preparation is essential to align the EPs expectations and avoid future problems. If your local promotion is align with National Programs, take care of LC-LC relationships, knowledge about our main players and
