1. OBJETIVOS DA DISCIPLINA
A presente disciplina busca estudar o fenômeno da internacionalização valendo-se das diferentes abordagens teóricas e estruturacionais da área. Em um primeiro momento, discutir-se-á a formação das teorias clássicas de internacionalização – comportamental e econômica – através das obras que serviram como fonte de inspiração para os principais autores da área. A partir dessa construção procurar-se-á entender a evolução dos modelos clássicos para as abordagens contemporâneas de internacionalização. Em seguida, serão analisadas as diferentes formas propostas pela literatura para organizar a grande rede global das empresas internacionais. Finalmente, resgatar-se-á a discussão sobre a globalização e a adaptação das teorias de internacionalização à realidade dos diferentes países: desenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento.

Aula 9 – Abordagens contemporâneas
Aulas 10, 11 e 12 – Organizando a rede global Aulas 13 e 14 – Globalização
Aula 15 – Discussão livre sobre internacionalização
3. METODOLOGIA E AVALIAÇÃO
O programa será desenvolvido em forma de discussões de grupo e dinâmicas que facilitem a aprendizagem, dentro de um processo ativo e centrado no participante (aluno) focado na formação do conhecimento. O participante (aluno) será responsável pela preparação dos encontros e condução das discussões. Assim,
1 - A preparação da aula pelo participante é requisito essencial para um bom aproveitamento;
2 - A participação contínua e a dedicação do aluno, tanto intra como extra-classe, é componente fundamental dos métodos de ensino utilizados. A participação consistirá de apresentações, discussões e leitura das obras recomendadas.
É de responsabilidade do participante, como parte do seu processo evolutivo, a realização de pesquisas bibliográficas adicionais e discussões com colegas e professores para complementarem a aprendizagem.
A avaliação do aprendizado será feita da forma seguinte:
15% - Participação e contribuição nas discussões
25% - Condução e apresentação em aula dos encontros acordados 20% - Resenha de um livro atual da área;
40% - Desenvolvimento de pesquisa bibliográfica sobre assunto a ser determinado
entre participante e professor.
