The untraditional going is examined near a management the technique of motions in the basic types of track-and-fi eld. Pos-sibility of the use is experimentally rotined in practice of structural approach of the systems to personality oriented program of process of physical education of stu-dents and schoolboys development. It al-lows to reduce possibilities of traumatism on employments by a physical culture and sport.
