FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR AND REPORT OF THE

EXTERNAL AUDITOR FOR 1963

THE 15th DIRECTING COUNCIL,

Having examined the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for

the year 1963 (Official Document 53),

RESOLVES

1. To approve the Financial Report of the Director and the Report of the External Auditor for 1963

(Official Document 53).

2. To urge Governments that have outstanding quotas to pay them as soon as possible.

3. To recommend that the Director continue in 1965 and 1966 the policy of prudent administration

that he has followed in previous years, in order that budgetary expenditures may be maintained

within income.
