Designed at the Intelli laboratories the INTEL-HASTE (IH-IHP) meets all requirements by the world’s most rigorous standards

like UL-467 and NBR 13571/96. Made of SAE 1010/1020 electrolitically coated with pure copper.

The copper layer is attached to steel through an electrolytical cladding process that ensures perfect bonding with a shiny, flaw-free finishing. Quality Assurance enforces strict measurements to ensure a minimum 10-mils

(254 microns) copper coating is obtained.

Thicker copper coatings are available upon request.

The Intelli copper bonded ground rods are supplied in the following diameters: 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4” and 1”. Length ranges from 2 ft. to 10 ft.. Special diameters and lengths available upon

request. Intelli also makes threaded rods maintaining the same characteristics above. Threaded rods are connected

to each other with the Intelli LEH bronze couplings and are recommended whenever reaching longer soil depth is necessary.

The Intelli copper bonded ground rods are widely used for grounding power generation plants, transmission and distribution

networks, substations, central telephone office, mobile phone huts, data processing, industry, housing and in all cases when protection against power surges and atmospheric discharges are required.

As hastes de aterramento INTEL-HASTE (IH/IHP) atendem perfeitamente a todos os requisitos das

normas mundiais mais rigorosas, como NBR 13571/96 e UL-467.

Núcleo de aço carbono SAE 1010/1020 com revestimento de cobre eletrolítico de pureza

mínima de 99,9% sem traços de zinco.

A camada de cobre que constitui o revestimento do aço é obtida através do processo de eletrodeposição

anódica, de modo a assegurar uma união inseparável e homogênea entre os metais.

A espessura nominal da camada de cobre é de 254 microns (10 mils).

Com mesmo comprimento e diâmetro da haste IH, a INTELLI também oferece hastes

prolongáveis (IHP), possuindo roscas nas extremidades, o que permite ligações

sucessivas com outras hastes IHP utilizando-se luvas de aterramento LEH.

Esse tipo de haste de aterramento permite que se atinjam profundidades de até 30 m sem que ocorram danos às roscas ou às emendas.

ligação perfeita entre as hastes prolongáveis IHP.

Fabricado em liga de cobre de alta resistência mecânica, garante a força

de aperto nominal necessária entre os elementos de fixação. O

parafuso pode ser feito de liga de cobre ou aço

zincado.
