5 CONCLUSÃO

5.1 Proposta de Trabalhos Futuros

O processo de implementação de um de gerenciamento do ciclo de vida do produto, abre várias possibilidades de trabalhos futuros por ser muito abrangente e por envolver diversos aspectos relacionados à área de tecnologia de informação, projetos, processos de negócio, melhoria contínua, recursos e etc.

Abaixo algumas dessas possibilidades:

a) Desenvolvimento de um modelo de empresa colaborativa. A importância da colaboração entre atores externos e processos de negócio, a qual foi demonstrada nessa pesquisa, suporta a necessidade de um estudo específico para se criar um modelo de empresa colaborativa e integrada; b) Proposta de modelo de gerenciamento de ciclo de vida com foco em manufaturas de longo ciclo de vida. Nesse estudo, o foco do modelo, além do produto propriamente dito, seria os componentes integrantes de sua estrutura. Ex. indústria aeronáutica;

c) Metodologia para inovação com base no gerenciamento do ciclo de vida. Um dos focos desse trabalho foi a Capacidade de Resposta, nesse caso o trabalho seria expandido para a Inovação que é um dos atributos mercadológicos da Competitividade Interna;

d) Modelo de gestão do conhecimento para o gerenciamento ciclo de vida do produto. Considerando o intenso e complexo fluxo de informação, processos de negócio, etc., tratar a gestão do conhecimento no gerenciamento do ciclo de vida do produto seria importante em uma nova pesquisa;

e) Modelo de gerenciamento do ciclo de vida com foco nos atributos organizacionais de competividade. Trata-se de expandir esse trabalho do escopo de atributos mercadológicos para atributos organizacionais.
