Single Crystalline Diamond

Single crystalline diamond (SCD) has extraordinary physical properties, which makes diamond the material of choice for many challenging applications. Single crystalline diamond is not only the hardest material, which also offers a unique combination of properties relevant to high power and high frequency electronic applications, thus it has a wide range of applications.

Applications

SCD can be used for manufacturing precision machining cutting tools, drilling tools and polishing tools, etc. by combination of metal bonding agent,

electroplating bonding agent, ceramic bonding agent and resin bonding agent.

The above tools can realize high speed cutting to improve the cutting surface smoothness, flatness and dimension accuracy, which greatly reduced waste of materials and the subsequent workload of surface polishing processing. And the tools are widely used in stone processing, construction field, glass processing, oil and gas drilling machinery processing, jewelry processing industries for

processing of optical glass, precision ceramics, semiconductor materials, magnetic materials, sapphire, polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon, various kinds of gemstones, etc.
