Considerando-se os objetivos propostos para esta pesquisa, os resultados permitiram as seguintes conclusões:
Os instrumentos GEQ e PCS revelaram possuir níveis de confiabilidade igual ou superiores quando suas dimensões são avaliadas de maneira unificada (com relação ao cálculo do alfa por dimensão, de maneira individual).
Ambos os instrumentos, GEQ e PCS, possuem alta confiabilidade, ao apresentarem, de um modo geral, um coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach superior a 0,75.
Devido à baixa Correlação Item-Total de tal modo a prejudicar o coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, sugere-se a exclusão dos itens AIT229 e AIS330.
A escala GEQ possui validade de construto, haja vista que as correlações convergentes foram superiores às correlações discriminantes.
Não foi possível identificar dimensões discriminantes às dimensões do PCS. Pois, ao testar a correlação entre os itens do GEQ e PCS, e do PCS

entre si, observou-se que a maioria destes itens apresentavam correlações significantes. No entanto, pela diferença de visão entre as definições conceituais do GEQ e PCS, não foi possível inferir qual das duas hipóteses é verdadeira:
o O PCS é de fato convergente com o GEQ, e tem suas dimensões convergentes entre si (o que daria embasamento ao fato de não ter dados para realizar a avaliação da validade discriminante), ou; o O PCS está se mostrando convergente com dimensões em que na
verdade deveria se mostrar discriminante.
As respostas dos membros para as dimensões agrupadas AI e IG, e para a dimensão segmenta IG-T, do GEQ, e para as dimensões SM e SP, do PCS, revelaram uma forte concordância entre si, tendo em vista que
.
Foram aceitas as hipóteses nulas dos testes relacionados às dimensões segmentadas AI-T, AI-S e IG-S, de tal modo não há embasamento estatístico para que elas sejam rejeitadas, devendo-se reservar julgamentos a respeito. Sendo assim, não se pode afirmar que exista um forte acordo entre as respostas dos membros para estas dimensões. Os resultados obtidos revelam que ambos os instrumentos, GEQ e PCS,
têm a capacidade de mensurar igualitariamente o índice de coesão das equipes, tendo em vista que as medidas de coesão de equipes, realizadas por eles, são estatisticamente semelhantes, pois apresentam correlação estatisticamente significante.
